  • I signed up for a free 30-day trial. Do I need to cancel my registration?

    No. After the free 30-day trial period ends, you are under no obligation to continue and no more actions are required on your part.

  • I can’t find the program I need.

    If you can’t find the program you need or are seeking more information on topics that are not covered in some of our programs, they might be under development. Contact us to find more about our program development pipeline.

  • Can the A.D.A.M. OnDemand™ programs be customized?

    If your organization does things a little differently and you would like to make modifications to topics that are already
    covered in a program content outline, then hybrid off-the-shelf programs might be the solution for you. We can assemble a program from our existing content and add your own custom content. We can also build new topics to your specifications and repurpose any nonproprietary content from our library. This way, we don’t need to create a new program from scratch, and the only additional payment is on the new custom topics you need.   • I am looking for a custom eLearning program.

    A.D.A.M. is the premier provider of custom eLearning programs for health care.   • Can all A.D.A.M. OnDemand™ programs be viewed on an iPad?

    Not yet! Most of our programs are developed in HTML5 and were designed to work on iPads and across different devices. Others were developed in Flash and will require the Adobe Flash plugin 10.1 or higher to be installed to view them. We are currently converting all our legacy Flash programs to HTML5 to enable you to view them on the platform of your choice. Please check our site often to view our latest HTML5 programs.

  • Can I run your HTML5 programs on an iPad 1?

    Our programs developed in HTML5 will run on iPad1, our Flash programs will not. As well, our HTML5 programs will respond better on iPad 2 and higher.

  • What are the technical requirements to view your learning programs?

    Our eLearning programs require Google Chrome on all platforms (the latest version is recommended), Adobe Flash plugin 10.1 or higher for Flash programs. Support for Internet Explorer 8 or higher (10 and higher is recommended) and Safari Mobile (iOS 6.x or higher) is currently being implemented. Most of our programs are published in both Flash and HTML5, and our player will detect the right version for you. It’s all part of the seamless process that offers you the best and most flexible viewing experience. However some of our legacy programs are built in Flash only and will require the Adobe Flash plugin 10.1 or higher to be installed.

  • How do I change my avatar?

    We are working on allowing our users to upload their own avatars. In the meantime, our website supports Gravatar – a Globally Recognized Avatar. You upload it and create your profile just once, and then when you participate in any Gravatar-enabled site, your Gravatar image will automatically follow you there. Sales – User Licenses

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept online payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) or PayPal. You must activate your account via email before you can use PayPal as a payment method.

  • How do I receive the program after purchasing a program license?

    A.D.A.M. OnDemand™ programs are delivered from our LMS. Once your credit card information is validated, you will be automatically logged in to your newly created A.D.A.M. OnDemand™ account, where you will be able to launch your purchased program.

  • How long will I be able to access my program licence?

    A.D.A.M. OnDemand™ programs are available for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

    The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “A.D.A.M.”

  • Is your online store secure?

    Our site features 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account and payment information.

  • Can I share my credentials with other people to access my program license?

    As indicated in our Terms and Conditions, your purchased license is intended for personal use only. A.D.A.M. reserves the right to cancel subscriptions of users who do not respect our Terms and Conditions, and who share their credentials with third parties.   • I would like to buy several programs from your library, but I don’t have my own LMS.

    We can set you up with your own URL on our hosted LMS. You’ll instantly be able to manage your licensed programs, users, and assignments, and generate reports on user and program activities. For payments, we accept company credit cards, checks, and wire transfers, and we can provide an invoice upon request.   • I would like to buy several programs from your library to use in my own LMS.

    If you already have your own LMS, we also sell unlimited-user licenses that we deliver to you as SCORM/AICC compliant packages. For payments, we accept company credit cards, checks, and wire transfers, and we can provide an invoice upon request.   • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, we do offer volume discounts on multi-license purchases. Contact us for more information.

  • Do you offer academic or educational discounts?

    A.D.A.M. offers academic discounted prices for students, teachers, and staff of eligible institutions. You can purchase programs to use on your personal computer or a computer owned by your school. Visit our Academic Licenses page to see if your institution is eligible.
